Culpeper Motorhead's Swap Meet

Due to minimal interest the 2024 Culpeper Motorhead's Swap Meet has been CANCELLED.  CCPR will revisit this event in the fall to plan for 2025.  Please check back for details and / or follow us on Facebook.

ABOUT THE EVENT
The First Annual Culpeper Motorhead Swap Meet will be held at the at the Culpeper Sports Complex - 16358 Competition Dr., Culpeper, VA 22701 Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 8:00am to 4:00pm.  The event will feature all things automotive, motorcycle, farm tractor, ATV, or oil memorabilia related.

WANT TO BE A VENDOR?
- Food Truck:  $100.00 per spot
- Booth Cost:  $50.00 per booth space
- Booth Space Size:  34’ x 18’
   ***equivalent to four (4) parking spaces
- Vendors must supply their own tables, tents, chairs, supplies, etc.

EVENT TIMELINE
6:00am - 8:00am:  Vendor Setup
8:00am - 4:00pm:  Gates Open
4:00pm - 6:00pm:  Vendor Clean-up

ADDITIONAL NOTES
***Event is Rain or Shine - it will only be canceled in the case of severe weather.
***Refund requests must be made in writing before June 19th.
***Refunds will not be processed after this date.
