Culpeper Victim/Witness Program

The Culpeper Victim/Witness Program provides a wide variety of comprehensive services to victims and witnesses of all crimes. The Victim/Witness program helps to ensure that victims of crime will receive fair and compassionate treatment throughout the judicial process. Our primary purpose is to help victims (and witnesses) transform from victim to survivor.
