Concealed Handgun Permit
- Application available online ($2.00 fee is assessed if printed at the clerks office)
- All four pages completed and signed before submitting to the Culpeper County Clerk's Office
- First time applicants must present proof of competency in handling a firearm and present the application in person. (Virginia Code 18.2 - 308)
- Renewals accepted by mail and must include a photocopy of applicants valid Photo ID.
- $50.00 fee - Cash, Check, or Credit Card Accepted. Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express only and a 4% fee will be charged for use of credit card.
