Marriage License
- Both Applicants need to be present with valid picture ID (Driver's License/Passport Accepted)
- $30.00 fee - Cash, Check, or Credit Card Accepted. (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express only and a 4% fee will be charged for use of credit card)
- License is valid for 60 days and only valid in the State of Virginia
- The Clerk’s Office does not perform marriage ceremonies. Click here to view a list of Marriage Commissioners.
- Licenses are issued from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, we ask that you arrive no later than 3:30 PM.
