TWINKLE TOUR
During the holidays the community is always looking for places to go view holiday decorations & lights.
Do you decorate your house / property for the holidays? Want to show off all your hard work? How would you like to be on a driving tour list of decorated houses/properties?
Then sign up with Culpeper County Parks & Recreation for our Annual TWINKLE TOUR.
Its Free to sign up!
Requirements:
- Must be a Culpeper County address / resident
- Must be able to see the decorations from the main road (unless you are going to allow the public to drive on your property)
- All decorations must be up and operational by Monday, December 14 and should remain operational each evening from 6:00p-9:00p until Saturday, December 26.
- Send a photo of your decorations to Parks [at] culpepercounty.gov (Parks[at]culpepercounty[dot]gov)
Sign up by November 29, 2026 to be included on the map AND voting.
When you sign up, the only information that will be posted on the map is the address. No names will be put on the map that is available to the public.
When signing up – select your category of decoration level….
- NICE & BRIGHT!
- 1-20 strands of lights and / or
- 1-10 inflatables or other decorations
- BILL BUSTER BRIGHT!
- 21-50 strands of lights and / or
- 10-30 inflatables or other decorations
- FULL-ON GRISWOLD!
- 51+ strands of lights and / or
- 31+ inflatables or other decorations
(CCPR staff reserves the right to change selected categories after decorations are up / photos are submitted.)
A fun community engagement voting will be conducted alongside the tour to determine the Community’s Favorite in each of the three categories.

The Twinkle Tour map will ONLY list the address of the property and any notes provided (if necessary). If it is a business location, business names may be listed. Individual names will not be included on the map.
