Susan Gugino was elected to the Board of Supervisors on November 2, 2021 as the Stevensburg District representative. Prior to being elected, Susan served on the Planning Commission and as an Election Officer.
Supervisor Gugino is a farmer, raising commercial turkeys and beef cattle with her husband, Rocky and 3 year old daughter, Reagan. Susan worked as a federal contractor for 13 years before moving to a position at SWIFT. She enjoys working on the farm, quilting and helping in the community. She is currently serving as a Culpeper Farm Bureau Board member. She volunteers with the Culpeper, Madison, Rappahannock (CMR) Farm Show and supports local non-profit organizations with her involvement with the Culpeper Quilters' Guild and Culpeper Business Women.
Supervisor Gugino serves on the following committees: Public Works, Chairman of the Rules and Chairman of Town and County Interaction Committee, Airport, Extension Leadership Council, and serves as the Alternate on the Ag/Forestal Committee, Rappahannock River Basin Study Commission and Museum.
Supervisor Gugino's term expires December 31, 2025.
