The Public Transportation Board serves as an advisory to the Board of Supervisors and Town Council and as a liaison between the Town government and citizens of the community.
Purpose and Duties
The Board advises County and Town government on matters affecting public transportation policies, programs, and transit services. They encourage high ridership on the Culpeper Connector and the County Express and solicit financial support from businesses and the civic community. They maintain the bus services and advise the Board of Supervisors and Town Council on the bus’s operations.
Length of Term
The Board members serve a four-year term.

Meeting Time and Place
Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 2:30 PM at the Virginia Regional Transit Authority, 1099 Brandy Knoll Court, Culpeper, VA.
