Filing of Pleadings

No Filings will be accepted by Fax.  If it is an emergency situation or a court date within 5 days, the Pleading(s) can be emailed to:  culpepercc@vacourts.gov.

Please do not abuse the email – Original pleading(s) should be hand delivered or mailed well in advance of the filing deadline/court date.

In order to avoid duplication of pleading(s), do not send an original if you emailed the pleading(s).
