The County Treasurer's office is responsible for processing tax payments within the county.

The Culpeper County Treasurer's Office offers an online payment and inquiry service. This site can be used to make tax payments to the Culpeper County Treasurer's Office and inquire into tax ticket information from the comfort of your home or office.

Refund Policy: All tax payments received are applied to the indicated tax account. Refunds are not typically allowed. In the case of an error or overpayment, refund requests may be submitted to the Culpeper County Treasurer (540) 727-3442. There is no refund for the convenience fee.
