If we are unable to accommodate your requested inspection timeframe, you may contact one of our approved Third-Party Inspection companies below.
Third-Party Inspectors are authorized to perform the following concrete inspections:
Building Inspections:
- Footings
- Poured walls
- Structural slabs
- Non-structural slabs
- Backfill inspections, including verification of proper damp proofing/waterproofing and foundation drainage
Plumbing Inspections (where certified):
- Ground plumbing
- Water laterals
- Sewer laterals
Note: Only inspectors with the appropriate certification are authorized to perform plumbing inspections.
