The usual conditions often include the following:

- Proof of Residence: You must submit documentation to verify the address where you physically live. (VA Driver’s License, residence lease, recent mail, or other identification with current address).
- Proof of Employment/School: You must submit documentation to verify your employment or school attendance (pay stubs, direct deposit slip, check, or school schedule with student registration).
- Probation Supervision Fee: You are required to pay a supervision fee for your placement with CCCJS. The fees are due within 30 days of your intake appointment in the form of a money order or cashier’s check made payable to the Treasure of Culpeper County. Fees vary and will be discussed with you at intake
Pretrial supervision has been ordered by a judicial officer as a term of your release on bail. If you fail to comply your bail can be revoked and a capias can be issued for your arrest resulting in a return into custody.
CJS follows the County policy on closures. So, if the County is closed, then CJS will be closed. If you have a scheduled appointment and inclement weather occurs, then you should contact your officer the next business day to schedule another office visit. When your case is finalized by the court. Reporting schedules depend on your specific situation but typically range from once per week to once per month.
