Culpeper County is investing in a valuable resource, our young people. Through a new paid internship program, local students will gain real work experience inside county government, building the skills they need to launch successful careers right here in our community.
Interns will spend up to 12 weeks working alongside county staff in departments like Planning & Zoning, IT, HR, Legal, and Youth Network, earning money while making real contributions to the community. Along the way, they'll receive professional training, mentorship, and unique experiences that connect them to our region's history and future.
