Sill Plate Anchoring Inspection
In accordance with the Uniform Statewide Building Code:
Section 113.4 Additional Inspections. The building official may designate additional inspections and tests to be conducted during construction of a building or structure and shall notify the permit holder.
Effective this day, Sill Plate Anchoring inspections shall be performed on all crawl space foundations prior to the installation of the subfloor material.

Re: Poured Foundation Wall Inspection Access
Dear Contractors,
In an effort to prevent jobsite injuries, effective immediately a safe and adequate ladder shall be provided on site for all inspectors to safely view into the top of the foundation wall forms.
This requirement is in accordance with the Uniform Statewide Building Code:

As we continue through the COVID-19 Virus period we have opened our doors to the public with new safeguards in place. All documentation submitted in the office will be held in quarantine for 24 hours same as the outside drop off box. It is because of this we encourage when possible digital submissions and credit card payments, these can be processed without the quarantine delay.
