Board, Committees and Commissions

 

List of Seats to be filled

 

 

The Board of Supervisors has committees which make recommendations on issues in a variety of areas of community life.

 

Perhaps you have an interest, knowledge or experience that is needed.

 

If you would like to contribute your service on a board or committee, we would like to hear from you.

 

Please call the Administrative Office at 540.727.3427 for an application or with questions about a position

 

or committee.  Click here to download an application.  All interested parties who live in Culpeper County, are encouraged to apply at any time.

 

Some seats become available during the year due to resignation.  To read the Committee Descriptions, please click here.  Applications for these seats are

 

reviewed during the year. Most committees have terms ending December 31.  The deadline for these applications is in October

 

and the Board makes decisions during the December meeting. 

 

Applicants are notified as soon as possible after decisions are made.
