2010 Culpeper County Comprehensive Plan
The Culpeper County Board of Supervisors adopted the new 2010 Comprehensive Plan on August 3, 2010. This Plan replaces the 2005 Comprehensive Plan. Adoption of the 2010 Plan represents the culmination of approximately two years of work which included five community meetings and two public hearings. The document was produced entirely “in-house” by the County Planning Staff. The Plan is intended to represent a vision for our community for the next 20 years, however it is updated as needed, but at least every five years.
